Payment Mode

  • All rental payments are to be made by Cash or Bank Transfers.

  • 30% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount) For Outstation

  • Driver / Online Will Take Balance Full Payment at Pick Up Time Hotel / Airport / Railway Station / Home

  • Please take care of the belongings before leaving the Vehicle and SG Holidays Tour is not responsible for any loss

  • Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc. SG Holidays Tour is not held responsible.

  • If the payment on the  Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must call in SG Holidays Tour, 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be canceled.

  • Sometimes Online Making Payment Through Our Websites it takes 24 hours to 36 hours To Reflect Amount in Our Account and We Cannot Confirm or Provide any Services unless we received amount.


Complete Tour Package Including Hotels + Vehicle Terms

  • All rental payments must be made in Cash, Bank Transfer, Net Banking, UPI or debit Card.

  • 60% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount)

  • Online  Will Take Balance Full Payment at Pick Up Time Hotel / Airport / Railway Station / Home

  • Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab / Hotels and SG Holidays Tour is not responsible for any loss

  • Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc. SG Holidays Tour is not held responsible.

  • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions, Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you effect the booking.

  • Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.

  • Carry Your Valid ID Proofs / Passport etc. While Travel / Hotel Check-in Time. SG Holidays Tour Not Responsible For Any Client ID Proof Related Issues.

  • Hotel Check-in Time 01:00 Pm and Checkout Time 10 Am. After and Before This Time Frame Additional Charges Will Be Applicable

  • 18% GST Extra on Bill.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • All the cancellation requests should be done through SG Holidays Tour
       by calling our helpline number or send an Email on Company's Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
    • Customer Can’t Leave Vehicle Between Destination Without Any Confirmation. Please Once Inform by Mail sgholidaystour@gmail.com
    • In case the booking is cancelled 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as a penalty.
    • If the client cancels the booking before 5 days of travel, then we will charge 50% Amount on Total Booking Amount
    • Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc SG Holidays Tour is not held responsible.
    • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions', Price Grid, and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you effect the booking.
    • No refund or any changes will be accepted at the last minute for the tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
    • Carry Your Valid ID Proofs / Passport etc While Travel / Hotel Check-in Time. SG Holidays Tour Not Responsible for Any Client ID Proof Related Issues.
    • Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.


    Vehicle Breakdown

    • All the cancellation requests should be done through SG Holidays Tour by calling our helpline number or send an Email on Company's Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
    • If Vehicle Breakdown Anywhere That Case SG Holidays Tour Not Responsible.
    • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred (directly or indirectly) due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.


    Taxes, Parking’s, Time, Kms (on KM basis for outstation trips/tours only)

    • Km And Time Start from Our Garage to Garage
    • Toll Taxes, Parking’s, State Taxes Paid by Hirer
    • 250 Kms Per Day Minimum Charge for Outstation Trips / Tours
    • AC Will Not Work in Hill Areas or Stoped / Parked Vehicle
    • Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety
    • We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 10 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 10 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Extra Overtime (per hour) Charges as Per Given Price and We Are Not Responsible If Client Reach Late Due to Traffic Jam, Tyre Penchers Etc.
    • 5% GST on Bill (Only for Transportation)
    • If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup, Please Inform to Company Phone or Email ID Before Start the Trip.
    • The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India
    • Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behavior or driver feels at risk the driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle.


    Lum sum Vehicle Hire Charges / Package (Outstation and Local trips/tours)

    • Pickup and Point Will Be One Only (If Multiple Pickups and Drop Please Mentions Email Conversation Before Paying Booking Amount)
    • Parking Charges is Extra
    • Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety.
    • Total Amount is Valid Only for Places Which is Mention in Booking Email.
    • Tour Destination / Route Can not Change Without Prior Notice (Amended Route and Tour Destination Rates May Be Change and Booked Rates will not adjust)
    • We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 10 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 10 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Extra Overtime (per hour) Charges as Per Given Price and We Are Not Responsible If Client Reach Late Due to Traffic Jam, Tyre Penchers Etc.

    AC on Hills Use Terms

    • If you have confirmation in the email to use AC on hills then you can Use AC on Hills Wherever Driver Feel to Switch OFF the Compressor For 1 or 2 Minutes to Drive Up the Vehicle, He Could Turn Off for that time only.

    General Things You Should Know 

    • Always disclose the type of travel, such as family Trips, friends’ trips, student groups, etc.
    • Luggage is Always Limited in The Rental vehicles, So Kindly Check This with us in Written and on Phone.
    • Always Check with Hotels, they should have easy access by road and should have vehicle parking.
    • Luggage Capacity we Assume 50% of Passengers like if you have 12 people then luggage should be 6-7.
    • Any Kind of Pets are not allowed/Permitted in the vehicle.


    Delhi Local Use Conditions

    • Km And Time Start from Our Garage to Garage.
    • Toll Taxes, Parking's, NCR State Taxes Paid by Hirer.
    • Minimum 8 Hours And 80 Kms Limit.
    • Driver Night Charges Start After 10 PM.
    • AC Will Not Work While Stopped / Parked Vehicle.
    • If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup, Please Inform to Company Phone or Email ID Before Start the Trip.
